As long as the frictional resistance between the two channels of the axial fan is measured, the capacitor is connected between the two channels. Then on the third day connect the live neutral wire of the 380V power plug to the motor and the neutral wire to the head stage capacitor. If it does not meet the specification, change the neutral wire to the other pole of the capacitor.
The live line and neutral line first pass through the normally closed point of the switch button, and then output to the delay relay (the delay relay is connected in series to the emerald key delay relay). Delay relay outputs to solenoid valve A1 and solenoid valve A2 to connect neutral. The ammeter is connected in series with the switching power supply terminal, the ammeter voltage transformer and the 380V DC contactor. I don't think it's necessary to use a voltage transformer.
Connect one yellow and one red wire and insert the neutral wire. After the other yellow capacitor is in series, connect the other end of the capacitor with the other red strip and plug in the hot and neutral wires. If it's the other way around, swap the sides of the double yellow line. For sexual applications, measure and determine the primary and auxiliary winding resistances before wiring.
Therefore, when conducting the actual wiring operation of the axial fan, we must pay attention to whether our actual wiring operation is appropriate, so as to prevent improper wiring from causing adverse damage to the centrifugal fan mechanical equipment. At the same time, after the centrifugal fan mechanical equipment is wired, there is no need to run the application immediately. A corresponding trial run must be done first to ensure that there are no issues before capital investments for work and applications are announced.
