CNF Series Marine Heating Fan

When ship is anchoring, ambient temperature is near zero. CNF series marine heating fan can ensure the needed temperature of main & auxiliary engine room. It is very important and essential for main & auxiliary engine quick start and help ship ready for navigation. The heating fans the following series

CNF series heating fan can be operated with 415V,380V,220V,50Hz or 440V,460V,480V,60 Hz marine AC motor.

1.CNF(Z) steam series heating fans are mainly composed by cooling coil, impeller, inlet ring and motor etc.

Cooling tube and cooling fin are winded on the cooling pipe. (It can also use case according to the requirement). The contact area of cooling fin and cooling pipe is wide and compact and improve the heat transferring ability and working pressure. Heating medium is 0.3MPa saturated steam, the working pressure of max saturated steam is 1.0MPa. Impeller is LF3 anti-rust Aluminum. Casing is welded by common steel sheet or stainless steel.

2.CNF(R) hot water series heating fans are mainly composed by cooling coil, impeller, inlet ring and motor etc. Cooling coil is composed of copper tube and copper fin (as per the requirements,it can be also winded on the cooling pipe). Heating medium is 60-90℃ hot water. Impeller is LF3 anti-rust Aluminum. Casing is welded by common steel sheet or stainless steel.

3.CNF(D）electric heating series heating fan

CNF(D）series heating fans are mainly composed by electric heater, impeller, inlet ring, motor and electric control box. The electric heating pipes are stainless steel and wrapped with stainless steel tape. Impeller is LF3 anti-rust aluminum.Casing and electric control box are welded by common steel sheet or stainless steel.

4.CNF(Y）hot oil series heating fan

CNF(Y）hot oil series heating fans are mainly composed by cooling coil, impeller, inlet ring and motor. Cooling coil is made of stainless steel tube wrapped with stainless steel tape. Impeller is LF3 anti-rust aluminum. The casing is welded by common steel sheet or stainless steel.

5.CDR type marine electric heater

Nice appearance of the product, the shell made of stainless steel, the surface for electrostatic spraying, electric heating pipe with stainless steel fin heat control method, moisture and corrosion resistance, with fast heating, dehumidification fast, high thermal efficiency, heat uniformity, temperature adjustable and other characteristics. It is ideal for heating in winter cabin products. Electronically controlled protection is up to grade IP56. Products with thin wall design ocupy little space and are widely used in ships, factories, hotels, outdoor vehicles.
