Structure of axial flow fan
The structure of axial flow fan is mainly composed of seven parts. Among them, there are three parts used to improve the inlet flow field: collector, deflector and fairing. Among them, the function of the collector is to concentrate the air flow at the inlet, and the deflector is to introduce the air flow into the fan impeller. The fairing is generally installed in front of the impeller or the inlet guide vane to change the flow direction of the air flow. Although their action paths are different, their effects are consistent. In addition to these three parts, the mechanism of the axial flow fan includes the casing that restricts the flow field, the blades, hubs and their fasteners for energy conversion, namely, the impeller, the guide vane that improves the outlet flow field, the guide vane that recovers the torsional speed, and the conversion of the dynamic pressure to the static pressure.

Principle and characteristics of axial flow fan
The gas passes through the collector along the axial direction, gets a certain dynamic pressure and static pressure due to the impact of the impeller at the impeller, and then flows into the rear guide vane. The guide vane converts part of the deflected kinetic energy of the gas flow into static pressure energy, and the gas flows through the diffuser to convert part of the axial kinetic energy of the gas into static pressure energy, and then flows out of the diffuser and into the pipeline.
Compared with centrifugal fan, axial flow fan has small volume, small pressure, large air volume and is easy to install.
