2. The material of the raw material meets the technical standards, and there should be no hardening after oxygen cutting.
3. The machining allowance of the centrifugal fan parts shall not exceed 3~5mm (total machining volume).
4. Clean up the residue.
5. The deformation after oxygen cutting should be corrected after completion.
6. The rust treatment on the surface of the centrifugal fan is clean, the surface is smooth, and there should be no appearance problems such as high point deformation.
If the loading and unloading of the centrifugal fan does not meet the requirements, it will seriously affect the subsequent processing and production. In serious cases, it will directly cause machine damage and product quality problems.
