Reasons for high bearing temperature of explosion-proof centrifugal fan:
1. Bearing damage;
2. Incorrect selection of lubricating oil or grease;
3. The lubricating oil level is too high or insufficient;
4. Insufficient cooling water;
5. The motor and fan have different center lines;
6. Rotor vibration;
Treatment method:
1. Replace the bearing;
2. Re-select and replace appropriate oil products;
3. Adjust the oil level;
4. Increase cooling water volume;
5. Find radial and axial level;
6. Balance the rotor.
Ordering items
1. The specification, model and performance parameters (air volume, air pressure, power and speed) of the fan must be determined according to the site area;
2. Generally speaking, the mechanical and electrical pressure of the ventilator is 380V unless otherwise specified. If there are special requirements, please be sure to specify the relevant requirements when ordering, in order to prevent the return of goods after delivery, causing unnecessary costs;
3. When purchasing a fan, you must clearly know whether the fan you purchased is equipped with electric control box, flange (round flange), shock absorber (hanging or floor type), rain-proof shutter, elbow, insect-proof net, flexible joint, muffler, muffler box and other accessories;
4. Before purchasing the fan, please clarify the installation location, use environment characteristics, use frequency and other information of the fan, so as to better select the fan model.
5. When purchasing a cabinet fan (fan box), it is necessary to indicate the position of the fan inlet and outlet, whether the motor is internal or external;
6. When purchasing a centrifugal fan, it is necessary to indicate the transmission mode, rotation direction, outlet angle, whether it is equipped with shock absorber and shock absorber pedestal (generally C type, D type and E type should be equipped);
7. A schematic diagram must be provided for the silencing static pressure box. The fire damper and multi-blade air supply outlet must be marked with normally open or normally closed and actual required functions. The shutter air outlet must be marked with blade shape or function;
8. The size of the air outlet flange of fan and valve products shall be designed according to the galvanized sheet air duct. If the composite material air duct such as glass magnesium has special requirements for the interface flange, please indicate; Note: Before purchasing any type of fan, if you have special needs, you must explain to the supplier in advance to prevent loss of return and replacement costs.
