4×2-72 centrifugal fan uses

4×2-72 centrifugal fan can convey air and other gases that are not spontaneously combustible, harmless to human body and non-corrosive to steel. No sticky material is allowed in the gas, and the dust and hard particles contained are not more than 150mg/m³. The gas temperature shall not exceed 80℃. The fan has good pneumatic performance, balanced operation, small vibration, high efficiency and long life. It is widely used in industrial and mining enterprises, large buildings, hotels and restaurants for indoor ventilation and air exchange.

1.The fan can be made into two types of right or left rotation, and the outlet position of the fan is indicated by the angle of the air outlet of the casing, which is 0°, 90°, 180°.

4×2-72 type centrifugal fan consists of impeller part, casing part, air inlet, bearing seat, motor, etc. It has the features of compact structure, easy installation and convenient maintenance.

1.Impeller: It is composed of two impellers with different rotational directions, each impeller has 10 wing-shaped blades and an arc-shaped front disk, which is corrected by dynamic leveling and smooth running.

2.Air inlet: steel plate made of conical arc flow channel.

3.Housing: welded into worm-shaped body by steel plate, and with bearing bracket, fan seat.

4.Bearing seat: double-row radial spherical bearing and lubricated with calcium nano-grease.
