First, the use of the fan: C6-48 type dust exhaust centrifugal fan is suitable for exhausting the air mixture containing wood debris, fibers and dust, etc.

Second, the form of the fan: ventilator made of single inhalation, there are № 3.15, № 4, № 5, № 6.3, № 8, № 10, № 12.5 a total of seven models. 

Ventilator made of two types of right rotation and left rotation. From the drive group is looking at the fan, such as impeller clockwise rotation is called right rotation, to "right" said; counterclockwise rotation is called left rotation, to "left" said. The outlet position of the fan is indicated by the angle of the air outlet of the casing. "Left""right" can be made of 0 degrees, 45 degrees, 90 degrees, 135 degrees, 180 degrees, 225 degrees, a total of six angles.   

Third, the structure of the fan: the fan is mainly composed of impeller, housing, air inlet, transmission group, etc. 

1. Impeller: there are 10 pieces of material for A3 backward tilting arc blade, welded with the arc conical wheel cover and flat plate in the middle of the wheel. By static and dynamic balance correction, so smooth operation. 

2. Casing: Welded with ordinary steel plate into a worm-shaped casing as a whole. 

3. Air inlet: made into a convergent streamlined overall structure, fixed with bolts on the inlet side of the casing. 

4. Transmission group: There are spindle, bearing box, pulley and other components. The main shaft is made of high quality steel, and the bearing box has an overall structure. Adopt rolling bearing, and the rolling bearing is lubricated with grease.
