B4-72, F4-72 series high efficiency centrifugal ventilator is a kind of high efficiency and low noise backward tilting centrifugal ventilator developed by our company based on the introduction of advanced technology. 1.Impeller

The impeller adopts backward curved single-plate blade (laser undercut and stamping equipment forming curvature process), after assembling by robotic welding, with high efficiency, low noise and other advantages, the whole after static and dynamic balance test, to ensure the balance of the impeller running accuracy.

2.Housing

The casing is made of high quality steel plate welded, and the surface of the casing is treated with anti-rust paint after shot blasting, and then painted.

3.Air Collector

The wind collector is a whole spin-forming, with nozzle-type curve, and impeller high-precision cooperation to ensure the performance of the fan.

4.Drivers

The transmission section consists of bearing box, bearings. Main shaft, triangle belt (coupling) transmission system. The bearing box is customized by our company (with Hengkang logo), which is different from the market bearing box structure and avoids oil leakage after long-term use.

The transmission part can choose domestic (imported) bearings and oil (grease) lubrication. Fan with pulley can choose fixed or cone sleeve pulley (convenient disassembly), triangle belt optional domestic quality brand or imported.

5.Base

The base is made of welded steel, with rubber or spring shock absorber for anti-vibration design, also can be made into a spring double base form, beautiful and elegant, compact and stable structure.

The fan can be equipped with access port, drain valve, damper adjustment valve, inlet flange reducer according to customer's requirements. Silencer, etc. The fan can be equipped with YE3(high-efficiency and energy-saving motor) according to the customer's requirements, the company normally supports YE2 series high-efficiency motor, and different customers can be equipped with frequency conversion motor, explosion-proof motor, explosion-proof frequency conversion motor, etc.
