1. Structure of centrifugal industrial fan:

Centrifugal fan is mainly composed of motor, impeller, volute, air inlet box, air inlet, diffuser, air guide ring, shaft and bearing. The wind turbine is composed of blades, front disc, rear disc and hub.


2. Working principle of centrifugal industrial fan:

When the wind wheel of the fan is driven to rotate by the motor through the shaft, the gas filled between the blades rotates at a high speed driven by the blades, so that the gas obtains a lot of energy and is thrown to the outer edge of the impeller under the action of inertial high force. After the pressure energy and kinetic energy of the gas increase, it flows out of the volute shell and forms a negative pressure in the middle of the impeller. Under the action of atmospheric pressure, the negative pressure is supplemented by continuous suction of gas.
