According to different specifications and models of axial-flow fans, the required wiring methods are also different. Therefore, before wiring the fan equipment, it is necessary to see what model and type the fan is, so as to select the appropriate method for wiring. Let's talk about the wiring method of 220V fan.
If the resistance between the two lines of the axial flow fan is large, connect the capacitor between the two lines, and then connect the 220V power line to the motor on the third day. The zero line is connected to the first level of the capacitor. If the steering does not meet the requirements, connect the zero line to the other pole of the capacitor.
The live wire first passes through the normally closed contact of the red button, and then comes out to the normally open contact (the normally open contact is in parallel with the normally open contact of the green button). The normally open contact comes out to the coil A1 and coil A2 to connect the neutral line, the parallel power supply terminal of the voltmeter, the transformer for the ammeter, and the 220V AC contactor. I think it is unnecessary to use the transformer.
Any one of the yellow and red wires is short circuited and then connected to the power zero wire. After the other yellow capacitor is connected in series, the other end of the capacitor and the other red wire are short circuited and then connected to the power live wire. If the direction is reversed, the two terminals of the yellow wire can be interchanged. For safe use, first measure and confirm, and then connect the main and auxiliary windings.
Therefore, when wiring the axial-flow fan, you must pay attention to whether your wiring operation is correct to avoid bad influence on the fan equipment caused by wrong wiring. At the same time, after the wiring of the feed fan equipment is completed, it is not allowed to directly start it for use. It is necessary to do the corresponding test run first to ensure that there is no problem before it can be formally put into operation.
